An initial design plan is the first step. We’ll talk about your event, including basic logistics, as well as your impressions of how you want the occasion to look and feel. While certain elements of an event plan may be determined by factors such as the venue, time of year, or number of guests, we love to get creative with clients, and will collaborate and brainstorm our way to something uniquely you that suits your personality and needs. The design can also be fluid, modifying some specifics as we go. We get really excited about details like picking out flowers and coordinating décor, and of course nothing beats the day of—putting it all together! We’ll be there from start to finish, and you’ll love the process of seeing your initial idea be realized in front of your eyes.


When it comes to planning, the list of event details we support is all-encompassing: décor and floral, entertainment, food and beverage, staffing, photography and videography, lighting and audio/visual, printing services, and transportation. The day of your event, we will be on-site from the very first to the very last minute of set-up and clean-up.
